50 Summer Fun Activities for Kids
Summer is finally here and we have tons planned already! It’s been a long winter in Brooklyn and we are more than ready to kick off the summer with lots of fun things to do both indoor and out so I’ve put together the ultimate bucket list of 50 Summer Fun Activities for Kids.
We live in NYC which means there are literally hundreds of things to do daily in the city and we have plans to try and do as much as we can with our time.

I am a crazy list queen and I’m also that mom who loves planning things to a tee. I’ve learned through the years that even if they don’t go as planned the list and the planning all help to make my chaotic life feel just a little bit easier to manage on a daily basis. This summer fun list of 50 Summer Fun Activities for Kids is a mix of the two things I love – it’s a list of goals that I hope we get to check off little by little.
My kids are aged 5 and 8 so the list will have activities you can do for your school-aged children, if you have younger kids there will also be items here for them as well. Don’t feel obligated or overwhelmed this summer to do every single item on this list because I am sure we won’t, but it’s good to have options to choose from.

Many of the items on the list are free or costs very little to do and we are getting started right after our family vacation so join our journey and enjoy summer!
